Activating Membership via Scratch Card

Welcome to Spalding TF DNA Smart Basketball!

Let’s activate your prepaid membership so you can start training smarter. Inside your product box, you’ll find a scratch card attached to the lid with a QR code printed on it.

👉 Follow these steps:

1. Use your fingernail, a coin, or anything similar to gently scratch off the top layer to reveal your unique QR code.

2. Open your smartphone’s camera and scan the QR code.

3. Tap the link that appears — it will automatically open your membership activation page.

4. You’ll see a pre-filled coupon code that sets your membership price to $0 for the first cycle.

5. Enter your payment information so we can securely store your details for future renewals.

6. Be sure to use the email address you want connected to your membership — that’s where your activation link will be sent. (If this is a gift or for your child, use their email so they can access it on their phone.)

7. After completing the activation, download the Spalding TF DNA App (if you haven’t already). Android link | iPhone link

8. Open the email you received and follow the link to log in and create your profile.
