With your consent, which you may provide as described below, we collect limited information from your child when they use the Spalding TF DNA App.
This information helps us operate and improve the app experience while keeping user data safe and private.

The data we collect may include:

• Persistent identifiers such as cookies, device IDs, and IP addresses

• Online contact information (for push notifications) — only after the user opts in

• Username and training activity, which may appear in app features like the public leaderboard

• Ratings and reviews, which may be featured on our website or promotional materials (subject to moderation)

• Age and height, used to accurately calculate shooting distance and analytics

All data is collected solely for internal operations and performance enhancement.

🛡️ Moderation and Privacy

All ratings and reviews go through a moderation process before publication.
Any submission that includes personal information may be edited or rejected to protect the user’s privacy.
By submitting a review, you agree (on behalf of yourself or your child) that the content may be used publicly in marketing or communications consistent with our Terms of Use.

🧾 Verifiable Parental Consent

We require verifiable parental consent before collecting or using personal information from a child.
If consent is not provided, we will not collect or store any personal information from that user.

After you consent, you will receive a confirmation email within approximately 24 hours to verify your approval.
You may revoke your consent at any time. If consent is withdrawn, your and your child’s contact information will be deleted from our systems, and the app account will be closed.

In some cases (such as when signing up for a paid membership through our website or app), you may also be asked to provide your credit card information for verification that you are a parent or guardian.
